Ella Zeltserman is an award-winning Soviet-born poet living in Edmonton, Alberta. Her debut collection of poetry, Small Things Left Behind, won the Robert Kroetsch Poetry Book Award and the Betty Averbach Foundation Prize, and was long-listed for the Edmonton Public Library’s Reader’s Choice Award. The Air Is Elastic is her second collection of poetry.
