Larry Krotz

Larry Krotz grew up in Ontario and moved to Winnipeg in his twenties. His first book, Waiting for the Ice Cream Man, was a collaboration with photographer, John Paskievich. Larry has written columns for many publications including The Globe & Mail, Canadian Geographic and Border Crossings. Turnstone Press published his first novel, Shutter Speed, in 1987. Larry is also a documentary filmmaker whose films have been aired on PBS, CBC, Bravo, and commissioned by the National Film board of Canada.
